What a member does in the portal

They book against live availability

Members see live availability on their phone. If the slot they want is taken, they save a booking search or join the waiting list, and when a slot frees up the offer arrives by email for them to accept.

The booking appears in their calendar

Bookings feed into Google, Apple or Outlook through a personal iCal feed. If plans change, they cancel in the portal and the freed slot goes to the waiting list.

They fly, then log it

The flight appears in their history. One tap sends it to LogTen Pro through a deep link, per flight or in bulk, so the times are not retyped.

They settle the balance online

The charge for the flight is already on their account. They select settle my balance and pay by card, and the payment is recorded against their account.

Balances and statements

Every charge, payment and credit appears on the member's account as it is recorded. Statements are generated monthly with a PDF download, and members settle their balance online by card.

Members edit their own profile, contact details and next-of-kin.

Documents and signatures

The club's document library, plus agreement signing in the portal. Outstanding agreements block access until they are signed.

Waiting lists and offers

When a slot is full, members join the waiting list, receive time-limited offers by email, and accept or decline.

Saved booking searches

Members save the aircraft and times they want as a search and are alerted when matching availability appears.

LogTen Pro export

Completed flights export to LogTen Pro with one tap, per flight or in bulk, through a deep link into the app. Each export is started by the member.
