Each course has its own pricing, and the booking system knows who is on which course, so only enrolled students can book course flying.

Step 1: Enrol
Students join a course with its own pricing. If it is full, they go on the course waiting list and are promoted when a place opens.

Course bookings are restricted to enrolled students, and licence, medical and recency rules are checked at the point of booking.

Step 3: Graduate
Graduation is recorded against the student, and can open up the next tier of booking privileges.
Instructors manage their own diaries.
Each instructor publishes availability in their own portal, and students book against it. When demand goes unmet, a standby digest emails instructors so the gap can be filled.

Every lesson is billed on completion.
The instructor completes the flight and the charge is created at your rates, against the right student and course. Students fly on block-hour packages that alert them as the balance runs low, or settle online by card.
