The rules are checked before the booking is made.
More than 16 restriction rule types decide who can book what: licence, ratings, medical, membership, minimum recent hours and user groups. A member who does not meet the rules for an aircraft cannot book it.

Ground every aircraft, or an instructor for the full day. Cancel for weather or a technical issue and the aircraft or instructor is held for everyone.

Check-in, late and no-show are tracked on every booking.
Book an instructor alongside the aircraft.
Instructors are bookable in Scheduling, for checkouts and the odd dual hour. They set their own availability, see their bookings and flight history, and subscribe to their week in their own calendar.

Core does not tie a student to an instructor.
Any member can book any instructor who is free, including one who is not theirs. For a club with a couple of instructors doing checkouts, that is usually fine.
If you run courses and need each student booked with their own instructor, Operations matches students to their instructors through courses.

Complete a flight and it is priced at your rates and charged to the member. Record the cash, bank transfers and card machine payments you take yourself against the same account.

Turn on payments to take cards, part payments and gift vouchers, send payment links, and chase balances automatically. Packages and prepaid hours are on Operations. You pay 1% of the revenue you record through Volanti, with your band price as the minimum.
