Unlike many organisations, we don't wish to hide behind blank price tags, or leave our customers guessing as to the service costs they will incur. We are very open about our fees and the costs associated with additional functionality.
This schedule of fees should be read in conjunction with our main terms of service.
General Subscriptions
- Trial period: £0, with no payment method
- Early access subscription: £29 per month, billed on a date of your choice
- Standard monthly subscription: £49 per month, billed on a date of your choice
- Volanti4Good discount: Up to 90% of the standard monthly subscription
Payment Tracking
- Income Generating Charges: 0.5% of total charge amount (no minimum)
'Income Generating Charges' are any charges that are attached to an organisation user's account, which are later settled via a means of payment that results in income. For example: card payments, cash payments, and bank transfers, result in income. Gift Vouchers and package payments, do not.
Payment Processing
These processing fees are charged in addition to any fees for raising charges against customer accounts:

UK Card transactions: 1.9% + £0.2 per transaction (minimum £0.40)

Non-UK Card transactions: 3.9% + £0.4 per transaction (minimum £0.60)

Daily fund withdrawals: £0

Disputes: £25 per lost dispute

Negotiated Rates
The fees outlined above our are our sticker prices for services. For none-standard financial setups, or organisations of specific sizes, we may offer bespoke pricing. Where bespoke prices have been offered, these should always be used in place of sticker prices within these terms.
