When a student or member cancels, Operations ranks the waiting list and emails the first match a time-limited offer with a one-click accept link. Choose first-in-first-out or best-match, per booking type.

Weather and technical cancellations
Cancel for weather or a technical issue and the aircraft or instructor is held for everyone. When it is released, the waiting list re-runs on its own.
Instructors get a standby digest
Unmet demand is emailed to instructors as standby opportunities. They can open availability to take it.
Offers accepted from the portal
Students and members join the waiting list from the pilot portal and accept an offer with one click.

Students enrol, join a course waiting list when you are full, are promoted when a place opens, and graduate at the end. Each student is matched to their instructors through the course, so lessons are booked with the right person.

Priced on billable hours a month. Aircraft hours plus instructor hours, as a 3-month average. A one-hour dual lesson counts as two.
