Online gift voucher sales
We are building online voucher sales, voucher tracking and self-service booking. Accepting vouchers as payment already works today.
Selling and tracking vouchers by hand
When vouchers are sold by phone and tracked in a spreadsheet, it is hard to know what has been paid for, what is outstanding and what has been redeemed.
Available now and coming soon
Accepting vouchers as payment works now. Selling and tracking them online is being built.
Vouchers accepted as payment
Gift vouchers can be accepted as a payment method. When someone arrives with a club-issued voucher, or one from a third-party experience seller, your front desk records it against the payment at checkout.
- Club-issued vouchers recorded against payments
- Third-party experience vouchers accepted the same way
Selling and tracking vouchers
We are building online voucher sales, a register of outstanding vouchers and self-service booking for recipients.
- Vouchers will be sold online and paid by card
- Each voucher will be tracked from purchase to redemption or expiry
- Recipients will book their own slot against live availability
How voucher sales will work
A buyer will purchase a voucher and pay by card. The recipient will receive a code and book a slot from the availability your diary allows. When the flight is completed, the voucher will be marked as redeemed against the charge.
- Payments will settle to your own bank account
- Slots offered will follow the diary, the aircraft and your booking rules
- A register will show which vouchers are sold, outstanding, redeemed or expired
